Plumber – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Welwyn / Hertfordshire
Full-Time / Ongoing Contract

£22 – £25 per hour (depending on experience)
️ The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a qualified plumber to join our team working on a social housing maintenance contract in the Welwyn area.This is a long-term opportunity to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties, offering consistent work and weekly pay.
Key Duties

Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

Diagnose and fix faults including leaks, blockages, and pipework issues

Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, and sanitary ware

Basic heating system work (radiators, valves, minor fault-finding)

Ensure all jobs arepleted to a high standard and the right first time

Provide a professional and respectful service to tenants

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
