Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout of pipes.
Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
candidate must hold an NC II certification.
Must have relevant experience as a plumber and/or handyman.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy tools and materials.
