Job Description

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment throughout the hotel.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, water pressure problems, and drainage concerns.
  • Install and replace pipes, valves, faucets, pumps, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures as required.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure proper functioning of water supply, drainage, sewage, and irrigation systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and hotel departments.
  • Minimize disruptions to hotel operations while carrying out repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with other Engineering team members on maintenance projects and renovations.
  • Support emergency maintenance requirements on a 24-hour basis when assigned.
