We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer / Controls Programmer to join a dynamic automation and manufacturing team in Windsor.
This is a hands-on, technical role focused on designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation systems. You will work in a collaborative engineering environment supporting new machine builds, upgrades, and plant automation initiatives.
You’ll be working with leading platforms including Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider, supporting full project lifecycles from design through to commissioning. What You’ll Do
Design, program, and implement PLC, HMI, and automation systems for manufacturing equipment
Develop and troubleshoot ladder logic and control systems (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, TIA Portal, Unity)
Support machine start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting (electrical, pneumatic, and controls systems)
