Summary

/Objective:The Plating Maintenance Technician is responsible for the continuous operation of all Plating Strip Lines and Barrel Lines. The technician is also responsible for assisting with the water treatment system.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
  • Support global Plating Operations with a high level of integrity with the maintenance of the plating strip lines and barrel lines.
  •  Complete scheduled preventative maintenance daily on plating lines and support equipment, documenting findings in the maintenance work order system and follow up on open issues found.
  •  Monitor preventative maintenance tasks performed by production operators and assist as required.
  •  Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform troubleshooting on, and repairs to, a variety of production equipment, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics.
