Job Description:

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues reported by customers. This includes analyzing error logs, reviewing user journey data through integrations like User Experior and MoEngage, and checking system APIs and cron jobs to identify root causes of issues.
