Job Overview Manage and operate platform services in a tenant environment above hypervisor level.
Ensure reliability, security, and operability of container platforms and COTS components (MongoDB, Nginx, MQTT, IBM MQ, ArcGIS, etc.).
Key Responsibilities - Lead platform operations team for container platforms and COTS services
- Manage incidents, changes, RCA, and platform lifecycle
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot COTS components
- Work with application and Authority Furnised Equipment (AFE) teams for integration and issue resolution
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and architecture documentation
- Ensure monitoring, logging, and observability
- Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Ensure OS hardening compliance (golden image)
- Drive capacity planning and performance tuning
- Lead DR/BCP activities
