Overview Plastic Molding Manufacturing Senior Engineer
This role designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes to create safe and quality products at a competitive cost and optimum performance.
Key focus areas include new product development, productivity improvement, safety, quality and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities - Design, develop and implement manufacturing processes considering tools, equipment, layout and facilities to achieve safe, quality products.
- Create and document process standards and work instructions, mainly for new products, new processes and productivity initiatives.
- Analyze data from manufacturing processes (time studies, layouts, process performance, CPK, critical dimensions, etc.) and continuously improve safety, quality, cost and performance.
