Plant Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality on the shop floor throughout all manufacturing phases.
• Make sure operations comply with technical and quality requirements in real time.
• Lead and coordinate quality activities directly on the shop floor.
• Coordinate the team of: Quality inspectors and Plant quality engineers.
• Set priorities based on production rate and criticality of issues.
• Ensure quality coverage across all production areas.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferably industrial/aeronautical or similar).
• Solid experience (>10 years) in plant quality/production in industrial or aeronautical environments.
• Experience coordinating operational teams.
