Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of ready-mix concrete.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems and machinery.
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to maintain consistent production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure material quality standards are met.
• Support a clean, organized, and compliant worksite through daily housekeeping and safety practices.
