WHAT YOU WILL DO
The position is responsible for leading and managing the attainment of the Annual Operating Plan of the assigned plant in terms of production volume, cost, operational efficiency, quality, and food safety; ensuring that operations are compliant with all standards and regulatory requirements such as health, safety, environment, permits and licenses and other relevant operational and financial measures. The position works closely with other departments, such as Commercial, Logistics, Finance, ESG for the continuous and well-managed operations of the plants in the area.
