JOB SUMMARY 

The Plant Manager II is a critical leadership role responsible for the total operational excellence of an aggregate production facility (crushed stone, sand, and gravel). This position provides strategic and tactical direction to ensure the site meets production, quality, and financial goals while championing Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel safety culture. 

The Plant Manger II oversees larger production volumes and complex multi-site operations. You will be accountable for the entire life cycle of the plant—from pit development and drilling/blasting to final product load-out—while managing a diverse workforce of hourly and salaried personnel.
