Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations at our Mexico plant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background and proven expertise in factory management, who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading teams in a fast-paced international manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate production departments to ensure completion of manufacturing tasks
• Supervise employee operations to maintain standard procedures and product quality
• Execute workshop production according to company plans to ensure on-time order delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and fire protection regulations
• Collect production data and prepare regular analysis reports
