As a Plant KWS Manager in the Jackson, TN Plant , you’ll play a crucial role in delivering programs and processes essential to our plant operation. You will oversee site-wide improvement efforts that support the plant producing great food at a low cost.
In this role, you will lead various improvement projects revolving around efficiency, waste reduction, safety and quality improvements. These project teams will include members of operations, finance, quality, logistics, and other departments.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
+ Leading By Example – Serve as a member of the plant management leadership team. Develop short and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies, while delivering cost savings within the business unit.
