Work closely manufacturing team to facilitate maximum work output and maintain “customer responsive work environment”.
Proper utilization of floating manpower.
Knowledge / Skills Required Having good working knowledge of drafting disciplinary processes and domestic enquiry requirements.
Good communicator, good understanding of IR dynamics.
Responsible for recruitment of Manager & below, Workmen subject to the manpower budget approval & any additional recruitment approved by CHRO, COO & VC/MD.
Responsible for improving diversity & inclusion in the workforce.
