Position Summary

The Value Chain Optimization (VCO) team is seeking a North Region Planning & Optimization Engineer. This role reports within the VCO organization to the North Region Planning Director.

In this role, you will partner closely with value chain stakeholders to optimize profitability across the North region. The position offers the opportunity to build a broader understanding of Marathon’s overall performance while collaborating cross-functionally with Clean Products, Crude and Feedstocks, Marketing, Refining, and MPLX teams.
