Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate materials required for secondary production processes.
Manage outsourced processes and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
Issue BMRs and monitor production progress, coordinating closely with Assembly and production teams.
Monitor subcontractor parts supply and follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
Maintain accurate planning records and perform regular purchase order updates.
Manage customer portal updates and ensure timely submission of required information.
Prepare monthly inventory reports and weekly outstanding purchase order reports.
Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure smooth operations.
