Develop and manage detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects from tender through execution.
Conduct site surveys, prepare manpower and equipment planning, and formulate construction methodologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third parties to gather schedules, perform constructability studies, and lead project performance analysis using tools such as earned value management and critical path analysis.
Prepare reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts), maintain schedule updates, coordinate progress tracking, and support multiple projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective execution.
Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
Provide on‑the‑job training.
Experience with design‑build and construction management at risk delivery methods is an added advantage.
