Responsibilities
1. Production planning & scheduling:
Lead production planning and forecasting to optimize team utilization and reduce operating costs.
Develop a detailed Master Production Schedule (MPS) in close collaboration with the production team every week for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) products.
Coordinate with the factory team to prepare factory layouts and conduct weekly mould planning aligned with the MPS.
