Ensure the effective implementation of all site work, activities, and operations to meet contract obligations.
Attend site coordination meetings and assist in determining project requirements. Keep the CTO/PM and others informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations.
Maintain proper installation at the site in accordance with the approved construction and shop drawings.
Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site.
Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for additional manpower, materials, and equipment.
Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide updates on project status and any issues that may affect client relations.
