OSM Manufacturing is seeking a talented Senior Production Planning and Material Controller to join the team.
Responsibilities
Inventory control and management focused on tracking inventory, material accuracy, and quality.
Ensure smooth flow of goods between the company's distribution chains and keep inventory and shipping needs up to date.
Coordinate the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products between the warehouse and production areas; ensure sufficient material inventory levels to meet production schedules.
Prepare and monitor the release of materials from the warehouse to production material staging.
Monitor and track inventory in production material staging.
Track materials from input to finished goods and monitor for rejects during the production process.
Maintain an inventory bin system to store materials in production material staging.
