            Responsibilities  Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. 
Prepare baseline programs, manpower deployment plans, equipment schedules, and resource forecasts. 
Coordinate planning activities for waste collection systems, waste processing facilities, recycling operations, and environmental infrastructure projects. 
Monitor project progress against approved milestones and identify schedule risks or delays. 
Prepare short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules. 
Recommend mitigation and recovery plans to address project delays. 
Liaise with project managers, operations teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants on planning matters. 
Coordinate shutdowns, maintenance schedules, commissioning activities, and operational interfaces. 
Track procurement, delivery schedules, authority submissions, inspections, and testing activities.
