Role of Position Develop a Master Plan & Strategies fit for specific project requirements which may be collated from technical and knowledgeable inputs of the project team (Project Manager's, PIC's, and Specialists' Sub-Cons, etc.). To maintain, update, and ensure that projects are within the baseline programme. Main Duties and Responsibilities Support Tender Team in preparation of Construction Programme / Planning
Prepare Project Execution Plan / Logistics Plan / Construction Plan / EHS Plan / QAQC Plan
Review bid documents and put-up value engineering proposals to support bids/ tender
Project Controls including Contract Administration regard to Time Impact Analysis / Implications, supporting Contracts Department in preparing and serving Contractual Notices (Time Implications)
Support Contracts Department in analysing, preparation and apply Extension of Time for Completion
Coordinate with Project Team in producing baseline programme using Primavera P6 / MS project
