Planning & Execution:

• Plan, review and release daily and weekly production schedule for sections

• Address delays and adjust schedules in unforeseen circumstances to meet deadlines

• Create master schedules to ensure each operation meets shipment dates based on forecasts or orders.

• Review monthly forecast and ensure products are planned and delivered to support the revenue requirement

• Forward planning to even the loading by pulling forward or delaying loading to avoid capacity shortage

• Manage supplies to meet production plans and customers' demand as well as ensure timely delivery of materials to support production build and meet targeted inventory turns
