Job Summary

As Planner Scheduler in Guadalajara, you will support the production planning team by preparing, coordinating, and approving product releases based on material and capacity availability.

Responsibilities

• Check order fulfillment possibility based on available resources and confirm orders.
• Create and update production plans in the integrated computer system.
• Notify purchasing group and monitor plan implementation.
• Initiate actions when deviations occur.
• Prepare long‑term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Maintain system data accuracy (General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data, non‑consumed demand, planned work orders).
• Generate clean‑to‑build reports, check material availability, replan if necessary, and communicate with the order desk.
• Track stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare management and CFT‑specific reports and monitor KPIs.
