Lead or support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
Create both high-level and detailed schedules, including assumptions, productivity rates, calendars, constraints, and schedule health checks.
Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align timelines, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions.
Conduct schedule risk analysis, define contingencies, and support mitigation planning.
Implement and manage schedule controls, progress tracking, and resource-loaded schedules using appropriate tools and systems.
Align schedules with cost estimates, forecasts, and execution strategies in collaboration with cost and estimating teams.
Review and validate third-party schedules and ensure alignment with project standards and expectations.
