About this role

The food delivery market is growing rapidly and is being characterized by a high degree of innovation as well as fierce competition, which makes it essential to have direct control on costs and quality of the service offered. The Planner, therefore, is a key role within the Operations team in Spain.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Gathering and assessing data related to planning and forecasting
• Developing order forecasts and/or scenario analyses
• Developing plannings for the assigned region
• Monitoring the progress and performance of the logistics operations and/or courier capacity
• Proposing and/or implementing opportunities for improvement in the planning and forecasting processes, procedures and/or systems
