About the job Planner (Marine - Port Tanjung Pelepas)

• Providing support to the department to ensure that quotations, service reports and correspondence are promptly processed and dispatched.
• Assisting the service department to follow-up on all service activities.
• Planning technicians work schedule.
• Processing and ensuring that all inquiries are answered promptly.
• Review of documentations and inspections schedules
• Alternating responsible of the 24 Hours Service Line
• Completion of all necessary transaction in SAP and other Operating Systems per the manual
• Create and issue invoice for all customers both subsidiaries and ad hoc customers
• Report non-conformities and assist with corrective actions
• Liaise with customer & supplier/vendors
• Handling & planning manpower to all jobs and other departments request.
