Our Conferences Operations team works in a COE model to become specialized experts in an element of a large Conference. Our teams are highly collaborative to deliver best in class B2B conferences.

Exhibit Operations - responsibility over exhibit operations, service delivery and sponsorship fulfillment for Gartner’s destination conferences. Responsible for the development, management and execution of various conference elements relating to exhibits and sponsorship.

Content Operations - responsibility for operational delivery of all agenda elements across multiple B2B in-person and virtual conferences including agenda management, capacity management, digital event platform management, financial management and staff planning
