Manage and optimize utilization of Boeing facilities. Manage customer requests for facilities services, including construction, rearrangements, moves, and asset or real estate acquisitions. Evaluate requests, define requirements and conduct feasibility studies to formulate project scope and integrated plans, coordinating with both internal teams and external customers. Analyze data to assess building capabilities, program, and employee needs, developing recommendations based on business strategies. Create scenarios and evaluate multiple options to deliver data-driven insights that align with real estate strategy and business objectives. Establish plans based on customer initiatives, forecast space requirements, and design complex project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
