Plaintiff Mass Tort Attorney (3–6 Years)

A growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its expanding practice. This attorney will work on high-exposure mass tort and complex PI matters from case development through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of mass tort cases involving asbestos, talc powder, and other product liability claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions, client interviews, and fact investigations.
• Work with experts, co-counsel, and litigation support teams.
• Participate in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
