The Workplace Supervisor provides a pro‑active, efficient, and effective workplace operations / management and health, safety, and security service in the site, ensuring high standards are maintained to enhance the customer and employee experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Assisting the site in project management, cost optimization, contracts management and implementing business expansion plans
• Responsible for the workplace management of the site, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and resolution of issues quickly and effectively to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees
• Liaise with the Site Director and PH HR Director, providing proposals for all existing and new facilities contracts, in order that consistency is achieved, and budget and expenditure is managed
