We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team specializing in Customer Order Management β Wholegoods operations for our Power Generation & Engine business segment in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
- Coordinate the acceptance of finished generator sets from suppliers, including readiness and collection dates
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers to confirm production status and resolve missing information
- Update and manage order data in Movex/SAP, including delivery dates, serial numbers, and logistics details
- Verify accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (test reports, photos, packing lists)
- Monitor order progress, elevate delays, and support the COM WG representative for the Low KVA portfolio
- Support logistics activities by validating shipping data and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams
