Position Summary:
The Placement Specialist leads the marketing process for renewals within the Risk Management Unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads the renewal process, adhering to the established renewal workflow and timelines. Recommends changes to the renewal process that will result in greater internal efficiency and excellent customer service. Coordinates and communicates with internal partners throughout the marketing process to ensure consistently high levels of client serviceMeets with insured prior to renewal to obtain current information and identify exposures.Determines appropriate markets, carriers, and coverages to quote for client needs.Sends completed applications to carriers.
