Safety Management: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting toolbox meetings, and ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel.
Progress Monitoring: Tracking daily progress, identifying potential problems, and reporting to relevant parties like the Piping Lead Engineer or HOD.
Material Management: Overseeing material procurement, ensuring correct materials are used, and managing material take-off (MTO).
Documentation: Preparing reports on daily progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.
