The Role

Pipeline Sourcer – Recruiter. This role is designed for a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in high‑volume recruiting environments and enjoys building strong talent pipelines across multiple U.S. markets. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top‑tier candidates for field‑based and retail roles, while supporting large‑scale hiring initiatives and workforce ramp‑ups.

Location & Environment

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language & Time Zone

Language: Advanced English (B2+ – C1). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST.
