Pig Stock Person

Location: Caldecote Farm
Contract: Full-time

We are looking for a committed and motivated Pig Stock Person to join our pig production team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a vital part in raising high-health piglets and ensuring our gilts and sows receive the highest standards of care and welfare.

You will work closely with the Farm Supervisor and wider team, taking ownership of daily tasks while remaining flexible and supportive of team priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily stockperson and farm labouring duties across all aspects of pig husbandry.
• Ensure all pigs have constant access to fresh water and feed, minimising feed wastage.
• Feed pigs in line with agreed daily feeding plans and specific diets.
• Move livestock safely and correctly in line with standard operating procedures.
