            Job Description & Requirements  Assist elderly through prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function 
Assist PT and OT with the activities for geriatric client 
Motivate elderly to practice essential life skills with tailored positive reinforcement 
Monitor treatment compliance and record developmental milestones or concerns 
Assist with transfering of patient 
Setup equipment for therapy session and ensure area is clean and safe 
Observe and report elderly progress or challenges to the occupational therapist 
Support the occupational therapist during group therapy session 
 Requirements:   WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), or NITEC in Community Care & Social Services 
Min 2 years experience in healthcare or therapy
