A Physiotherapist(Grade II) is a licensed healthcare professional who assesses, diagnoses, and treats physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities through movement-based therapies and rehabilitation. He/She contributes confidently to clinical operations and supports junior colleagues.
Clinical Duties - Independently manage diverse caseloads, including post-operative, neurological or musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient
- Adapt care plans with sound clinical judgement
- Participate in service development and departmental initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to entry-level therapists or students or therapy assistants
- Demonstrates teamwork with providing efficient cross-coverage
- Implement and document the following:
- initial assessment
- reassessments every 6 monthly for maintenance and 3 monthly for active rehabilitation
