 As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:  Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy services tailored to patients’ individual needs. 
Develop and encourage exercise and movement programs to maintain or improve patients’ functional abilities. 
Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. 
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to patient care. 
Participate in and conduct orientation, in-service education, and training programs. 
Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapy staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practice. 
Stay updated with current best practices, evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, and professional development.
