Physics Teacher - Alternative Provision

A specialist Alternative Provision in Worcester is seeking an experienced Physics Teacher to join their team from September. This full time, classroom based role will be delivered through our agency for the Autumn Term initially, supporting learners with additional social, emotional and behavioural needs in a highly nurturing, relationship‑focused environment. Due to the complexity of the setting, this position is not suitable for ECT teachers.

This Alternative Provision offers a highly supportive, therapeutic environment for young people who benefit from a personalised approach to learning. Class sizes are small, behaviour is managed through strong relationships, and staff work closely to ensure every student can succeed.
