Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Coverage needed for scheduled dates spanning July through December


• Shift hours include 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM (24-hour) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with night beeper call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM


• 24-hour call only coverage beginning in August


• Supported by 2 permanent physicians on staff


• Average daily census of approximately 20 patients per day in clinic


• Approximately 10-15 procedures per week


• 3-4 surgeries in the OR per week


• Robotics available but not required


• EMR system: Cerner


• Required procedures: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy


• Preferred procedures: TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy


• Disposable flexible cystoscopes available on site


• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) required
