            COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSOphthalmology (OPHT)  Salary:$305K + production 
 Sign-On Bonus: $10k - 15k 
 Relocation: yes 
 PTO: 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time.(accrues yearly) 
 CME: $5k 
 Paid: License, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organ, Memberships and Societies 
 Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF (dependingon eligibility.)
