Sanford Women’s Health is looking to add a BE/BC OB/GYN to join the group.
* Join a group of 17 physicians
* Support staff includes Genetic Counselors, NPs, PAs, and Certified Nurse Midwives
* Supportive specialties including two Gyn/Onc physicians, three MFM physicians, one REI physician and one Uro/Gyn physician
* Laborist Model with 24-hour in-house coverage of all partners’ patients
* Call is approximately 48 hours as a Laborist per month, either 12 hour or 24 hour shifts
* Compensation floor of $410,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
* In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
