Position Overview
CLFC is building a panel of New York licensed physicians to perform independent medical evaluations for a public school district employee benefits department serving a workforce of approximately 5,400 employees. The examiner serves as an independent, non-treating evaluator who renders objective medical determinations on fitness for duty, assault leave, and work-relatedness questions.
Each engagement includes review of the provided medical records, the examination or interview, and completion of the written IME determination report. Report preparation time is compensated. This is a conflict-free role: the examiner does not treat district employees and holds no treating relationship with any examinee.
