• Setting: Level III Trauma Emergency Department

• Credentialing: 30-60 days with temporary privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified (EM, IM, or FM)
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: WV license or ability to obtain
