This opportunity offers an outpatient-only practice serving an underserved patient population within a mission-driven healthcare organization. Providers will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support while delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
Location: Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (FQHC)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (open to 3–4 consecutive days)
Patient Volume: 16–18 patients per day
Call: Very light after-hours telephonic call
