3Dimension is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Physical Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design customized fitness programs, guide clients through safe and effective workouts, and help them achieve their personal health and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and create individualized training plans.


• Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions.


• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety at all times.


• Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.


• Educate clients on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.
