**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for the provision of direct patient care to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Duties include direct patient care as well as indirect patient services such as documentation, ordering, family training, rounds, and interaction with the interdisciplinary team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

+ High school education or GED equivalent.
+ Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
+ Entry level physical therapist assistant knowledge and experience in rehabilitation, orthopedic, medical/surgical within the last five years.
