Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and procedures.   
Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans to enhance patient independence.   
Regularly re-assesses treatment effectiveness and modifies goals or treatment as necessary.   
Communicates patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family as applicable.   
Maintains and submits documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards.   
Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in accordance with state practice acts.
